Information you share
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the name, contact details, business information, service preferences and message you provide. We use this information to respond, understand your requirements and discuss a potential engagement.
Form security
The contact form uses a security session and a bot-verification service. Technical request information, including an IP address, may be processed for abuse prevention. The application stores short-lived, keyed hashes for rate limiting rather than raw IP addresses in its limiter file. Hosting and security providers may maintain separate access logs.
Service providers
Our hosting, email and configured bot-verification providers process information needed to deliver and protect these services. For details about Cloudflare’s processing, see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
The enquiry form uses an essential session cookie for request verification. This website does not load advertising pixels or analytics tags by default. If optional tracking is introduced, the policy and any required consent controls should be updated first.
Keeping and removing information
We keep enquiry correspondence as needed to respond and manage the business relationship, subject to applicable obligations. To request access, correction or removal of information you have shared, email info@sheikhit.com.bd. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
